Caribbean Cuisine. He has had the privilege of working with esteemed establishments including Whites Club Mayfair, The Royal Albert Hall, and Claridges Hotel Mayfair. Having grown up savoring the home-cooked meals prepared by his mother, he aspired to merge this fondness with his culinary expertise gained from his culinary experiences as a chef. While fine dining in the UK traditionally leans more towards French or English cuisine, his vision was to introduce diversity and offer patrons the chance to explore a plethora of new flavours.
