About Trayz Catering

 Our founder Tommy, brings with him a wealth of experience in French, Mediterranean &
Caribbean Cuisine. He has had the privilege of working with esteemed establishments including Whites Club Mayfair, The Royal Albert Hall, and Claridges Hotel Mayfair. Having grown up savoring the home-cooked meals prepared by his mother, he aspired to merge this fondness with his culinary expertise gained from his culinary experiences as a chef. While fine dining in the UK traditionally leans more towards French or English cuisine, his vision was to introduce diversity and offer patrons the chance to explore a plethora of new flavours.

So cliche coming from a private catering company.... But we do indeed use fresh, high-quality ingredients/products. As important as the food is, we equally value hygiene and general freshness just as highly. 

We are big on research & development... Meaning that our chefs are constantly meticulously experimenting with new, innovative ideas that could potentially bring a wow factor to your next event.
